  Terms & Conditions:

• Not available for new vehicle sales
• Vehicle must be in the same condition at time of return that vehicle was in as of the date of original sale (see inspection contingency below).
• Vehicle must have no more than 500 additional miles from the date of sale.
• Only one return per customer and only one return per transaction.
• Vehicle must be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of original sale date.
Not available for partial or full in-store sales. All sale documents must be completed remotely and vehicle must be delivered to customer’s home prior to any test drive of the qualifying vehicle. If any financed sale included negative equity from a trade-in vehicle, customer must immediately repay the negative equity to dealership within the 5-day return exchange period or finance it through a different sale as a condition to any right to return the vehicle. Trade-in vehicles will not be returned; any sale of a trade-in vehicle to dealership will be final unless sale is rejected because of a failure of a financing contingency. We have up to 14 days to return the refund check to customer (you). Absent written agreement between customer and Us and you, we will return any refund amount to customer (you) by mailing refund to customer’s (your) home address where the vehicle was delivered to you. Vehicle must be returned to the same Rairdon Automobile Dealership where it was purchased.

  EXCLUSIONS:

• Electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles qualifying for any federal tax credit as of the date of sale.
• Vehicles purchased for fleet, commercial or livery use, including ride share.
• Specialty vehicles or special-order vehicles.
• Vehicles that customer has modified, including after-sale installed equipment or accessories.
• Any vehicle that is not delivered in Washington state for registration in Washington state.

    ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS / INSPECTION (APPLIES TO ALL VEHICLE RETURNS):

• • All vehicles will be subject to inspection to confirm eligibility in our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of SPECIAL 5-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR HOME DELIVERY USED VEHICLES. In the event of a dispute, Our interpretation of the SPECIAL 5-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR HOME DELIVERY USED VEHICLES policy is final and binding.

*7 Day Trial Exchange Policy

As a valued customer, Rairdon Automotive Dealerships (“Us”, “We” or “Our”) wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In furtherance of our effort to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer our customers the option to exchange a purchased vehicle for a different vehicle in our inventory for any reason within 7 days from the date of purchase. Any exchange is subject to the following terms, conditions, and exclusions: ELIGIBILITY: Vehicle must be in the same condition at time of exchange that vehicle was in as of the date of original sale (see inspection contingency below) Vehicle must have no more than 400 additional miles from the date of sale Vehicle must not have any other liens or encumbrances other than the lien created when customer purchased the vehicle from Us Used vehicles may only be exchanged for a different used vehicle New vehicles may only be exchanged for a different new vehicle Only one exchange per customer and only one exchange per exchange transaction, e.g., exchange vehicle does not qualify for a further exchange Vehicle must be returned and exchange vehicle must be acquired within 7 calendar days from the date of original sale. Exchange vehicles exclude advertised units (which include internet sale priced units). In no event will customer be entitled to a partial refund or credit for any price difference between vehicle and exchange vehicle Original down payment, trade-in allowance, and any other amounts paid towards the original vehicle will be credited to the purchase price of the exchange vehicle All vehicles will be subject to inspection to confirm eligibility in Our sole discretion. All financed exchange vehicles will be subject to a financing contingency. If We are unable to obtain financing for the exchange vehicle, the original vehicle will not be eligible for an exchange Customer will be responsible for any additional difference in price; additional taxes; additional licensing; and a negotiable documentary service fee in an amount up to $200 of the purchase price or capitalized cost Any vehicle traded-in will not be rescinded or exchanged but will be included in any qualifying exchange. Customer will be responsible for any additional negative equity occurring because of a higher priced exchange vehicle Any exchange will be subject to execution of binding sale documents for the exchange vehicle We reserve the right to modify the terms of Our 7-day exchange policy. In the event of a dispute, Our interpretation of the 7-day exchange policy is final and binding.

*100-Mile No Charge Delivery:

Not all vehicles and customers qualify for online sales and delivery. Delivery must occur in Washington state. Delivery location must be customer’s home or business address unless dealership agrees to an alternate delivery location. Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to weather or access considerations. 5-day return policy applies only to previously owned vehicles purchased entirely online. Washington customers only. Qualifying vehicle must be returned in same condition with no more than 500 miles from date of sale. Customer must return vehicle to selling dealership within five calendar days of the sale date. Return policy not available to EV or hybrid vehicles qualifying for any tax incentives. Special terms apply for trade-in vehicles. Additional restrictions, terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.
