Customer Reviews
Nick, service advisor did excellent job creating valuable Trusting relationships . Changes at Dealership very visual and encouraging
The dealership does care about their customers and provide great service to their customers afterwards.
Alex, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind, and patient! He answered all of my questions and concerns.
Aaron was friendly and efficient. Pignataro/Rairdon has always provided great service. Customers would be more apt to complete the survey if it did not require a minimum 15 word response
They are great there! They found me a loaner and fixed my beetle right up. Very nice employees. Especially Erik!
Nick in service is the man, great communication, always willing to help, thanks Nick. Multiple reasons I'm willing to travel to take my vehicles to him.
Professional and kept their word. Details of the work were explained well. Great area available to get work accomplished while waiting.
Great purchasing experience for my GTI. Everyone was respectful and provided all the information related to the process.
No pressure, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. I went in to the dealer to find a replacement car for one that was wrecked by a negligent driver. I had in mind just what I wanted. After discussing that with the salesman he pointed me to a car that was less expensive, had more features, and fewer miles. The paperwork portion was easy and faster than I expected without any of the high pressure add ons I've gotten from other dealers. Minor issues with the car were fixed while I was onsite or the next day. I recommend this dealership as a first/last choice to buying a car. I think you will pleasantly surprised. Dan, G
This was our first time leasing a vehicle, and the terms were explained carefully, the team were hospitable, and thoughtful in guiding us in understanding leasing. I appreciated that they respected the fact that we were shopping around for the best deal for ourselves, yet respectfully tried to win our business by trying to meet the competitors’ offers.
Start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Great selection. The staff stayed well past closing time to get the job done. Everyone was clearly interested in selling us a car but they did not pressure us at all. We drove off with exactly the car we were looking for - we highly recommend Pignataro. Volkswagen.
Was in a car accident and was told my car was fixed. It was not but I had it towed to Pignataro and they fixed it right away with great customer service. Thanks Nick in service you are the best.
I brought our Jetta to Pignataro directly from another repair shop that had the car for three weeks and could not find the problem. Pignataro's service department found the problem in a couple hours at a very reasonable cost. Well done.
I was anxious about my car getting fixed after finally deciding to go with the emission fix and not buy a new car. I have a VW Jetta TDI- it's running well now and no longer is thencheck engine light on; pignataro did a great job meeting my needs and getting the job Done. I was given a 2015 Passat for a loaner which was a really smooth ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Glad i chose to stick with Volkswagen.
Pignataro is by far one of the most amazing dealerships from sales (Erick is the guy!!), to finance (always go with Kathleen) to service and detail - Justin and Stefan are outstanding!!!!! If you want a fuel efficient car, that is super fun to drive at a great price with top notch service....... go to Pignataro. I visited for service but was also buying a second car!
I have always used Pignataro VW in Everett and always have found their staff to be efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The work carried out has always been first rate.
I really like Pignataro VW. They are both professional and nice folks, which is hard for any company. I like both their service staff and the sales .folks, and I have never admitted liking a car salesman before. Pignataro have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. I recommend them to anyone!
After quoting a price for replacing an O2 sensor in a 2012 VW CC Jeremy went to work to try and see if the sensor was covered by a warranty, originally thought and informed it wasn't but he spent some time and effort and with my vehicle being a California emission vehicle it has a coverage of 15-100000 and includes the sensor. Thank you for going the extra mile Bryan
I walked into Pignataro VW dealership just to look at the new Passat. My salesman was Jeff. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He let me take a car for a test drive and answered all my questions about the car and it's bells and whistles. He made me a very good offer for the car and I bought the car. I love a dealer who is no pressure! I took the car back a few days later to have an accessory put on and everyone was so nice and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would send any one of my friends who is looking for a Volkswagen (or any car for that matter) to see the wonderful staff at Pignataro. They were so great that we are going to get our daughters car there too.
We brought our beloved '05 Jetta in for an oil change and ended up leaving with a brand new 2012 Jetta that we love. Eric in Service was our first contact and he was awesome. He answered ALL of my questions over the phone and built up the rapport I required to make the next step to bring our car in for the first time. Raj was FANTASTIC and set us at ease. He took care of us every step of the way and we feel GREAT about our whole experience. We ate lunch with the employees and everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome...even when we were eating their food. WE WILL DEFINITELY SEND OUR FAMILY TO PIGNATARO, RAJ, Lonnie and Eric!
Steve Allman has been the used car manager for Pignataro Volkswagen for a number of years now, and has an unrivaled understanding of the people that come in to look to buy a car, and also an unprecidented understanding of the talents of his sales-staff. Mitch Pak, the new car manager is just as talented at understanding what buyers are looking for. My family has purchased 4 cars from them, and their staff, and other friends of ours have purchased 3 cars from them, for everybody in the family with the legal right to drive. The thing I appreciate most whenever I sit down to talk about a car with Steve, or Mitch is the fact that (1). They know their inventory, and I've done my research too, but they always make me feel good by saying something like, "I just learned something from you(meaning me)", and it makes me feel good that they acknowledge the fact that I've tried hard to learn about the product I want. They reinforce me, while I'm there, and (2). They always seem to have just the right person I can relate to, on duty, with the patience to show me the latest, and greatest feature, if that's what I want, or the "handsome fellow," or "lovely lady" who can describe, in depth, the operation, the feature, the thought behind it, and the benefit to the overall design, and/or to my lifestyle. I'm happy to add that at the same time they are trying to sell me a car, I'm confident in the product due to the obvious money they have spent of the dealerships money to make it look good, but also to operated properly, safely, and correctly. Volkswagens, and Audis are tremendous products, and fabulous examples of German engineering, and they spare no expense, it seems to make them all look great, drive great, and give me the feeling that I am spending my money well, with excellent value for the dollar spent. I may always be able to find a similar vehicle "cheaper" elsewhere, but I'm always asking another question at another dealer...If I buy it here, how soon will it break,...and when I buy it at Pignataro Volkswagen, I'm asking only, how soon can I take vacation and really enjoy this car out on the road... My grandmother had a saying: "There's no substitute for quality." At Pignataro Volkswagen, they didn't know my grandmother, but they ascribe to her statement.
Jack Pennington is the friendliest, most accomodating service manager I have ever met. In an effort to provide a level of service that turns customers into loyal customers he emphasizes to his departments' employees what it takes to make a "customer," a "loyal customer." In a word...integrity. He and his department take full responsibility for what they do. If it is fixed right the first time, no one ever hears about it, but if it isn't fixed right the first time...EVERYBODY HEARS ABOUT IT, but in a way that is non-threatening, and it becomes a learning experience, and not a witch hunt, or accusational, public blood letting. Jack has the best possible resources, too. he has 3 technicians that are the most talented I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Randal Fenton is the shop foreman, and the encyclopaedia/genius/master technician whose knowledge, and level headed, un-emotional, tactful, meaningful explanations are, in almost every case the right ones...period. Robert Sween, a deeply talented, and entertaining technician who can explain the most complicated system/component in a simple, distinctly refreshing, and entertaining way, and it will be right on the money. Sean Ash, a serious, detail oriented technician with experience in independent repair situations...professionally, that have rounded him into the one guy that, if one of the technicians, or salespeople, or finance people need something done on their own car, by golly they want Sean to do it, because it will be done right, will work right, and it will be done efficiently...ie., on time. The personnel within Mr. Penningtons' department are second to none. It is my understanding that there are 2 more technicians with combined experince, in Volkswagen, Porsche, and Nissan that combine to OVER 50 years...in just 2 men...Dave, and Tom. Without question, if you want your Volkswagen fixed correctly, and as soon as is humanly possible, then Pignataro Volkswagen is your ONLY choice in Washington state. Unequivocally, they are the best at what they do. In a business that handles the mysterious combination or emotional attachment for a customer to his, or her car, and the downright mechanical, cut, and dried mechanism involved, there is no other place to get a feeling of understanding for your "attachment," and the unemotional mechnical "coldness" of a machine balanced out. I have never been disappointed, and I have personally bought a GTI, a Passat, and a "New Beetle" convertible, and my ex-wife even bought a car, used, an Audi, and has it serviced there too, with great reviews, and expectations not disappointed. Joe, and Tony Pignataro are excellent owners, because they reward, and retain talented people. I think most everybody that works for them are some of the best at whatever they do. Freindly goes a long way, and everybody is freindly.
