This was the WORST experience i have ever had at a dealership. The sales guy Jesus started off real nice but toward the end when negotiating he was pushing real hard for me to get a loan so that he could get his 3rd sale for the day. Kept mentioning the whole time that i would be his third sale. I came back the next day with money in had but I wanted to test drive the car one more time because i had expressed to him that the previous day i felt some hesitation in the acceleration of the Subaru I was thinking about buying. He assured me that he had a tech look and everything was fine and normal. While on the test drive I asked to take it to my pastors house so he could check it out because he grew up around mechanics and knew alot about cars. Jesus said it was fine. When my pastor started looking under the car he noticed an oil leak and he mentioned that to the sales guy and the sales guy said sort of snappy " well its a used car nothings gonna be perfect." ( I know its not going to be perfect but if its already leaking and i haven't even drove it that far thats a red flag) My pastor let it go and went and checked the exhaust while accelerating in park and he came over to me looking a bit concerned. He asked if he could drive it. The sales guy flipped out on my pastor and I. He started yelling at both of us about wasting his time and how if i didn't want to buy the car i needed to just say so. He also said he was taking the car back to the dealership and leaving both me and my daughter there to find our own way back to pick up my car. My pastor then responded " whoa man she is just trying to get the car looked at to know if its a good buy. You ARE NOT leaving them here stranded and you WILL take them back to the dealership and you need to stop yelling at her" The sales guy then said "fine whatever but i am driving" So I got in the back seat where my daughter was sitting and as the guy backed out of the drive way he did it fast and aggressive. I said can you please not drive crazy. He chuckled a little bit and said " Oh yeah I know you have anxiety because you've been in a car accident I will try to drive the speed limit" He continued to drive aggressively all the way back to the dealership. Weaving in and out of traffic going faster than the limit being very impatient. He yelled at me and my daughter for wasting his time the whole entire way back to the dealership and said that it was his day off and if i didn't want the car i could have just said so. I sat quietly the whole time back and didn't respond. I should have told him to stop driving aggressively with me and my daughter in the car but i was very unsure of how he would react to me losing my temper so i kept my mouth shut. My daughter asked him if we could have a different sales person help us and he snapped at her too and said ya but they probably wont get you the same deal. When we got to the dealership we got out of the car and my daughter hugged me clearly she was upset that i was upset but the sales man snapped at us asking if i was going to buy the car or not. I said let me text my dad and as i was doing that he stood there staring at me all angrily and i just told him no i am not going to buy this car. He was angry because he wasn't getting the sale. He was more focused on getting his commision that my comfort and mine and my daughters safety. I will NEVER come back to this dealer and i advise anyone who does please BE CAREFUL.

Quick check in, friendly shuttle home. Got car back sooner than expected, clean and washed.
The detail was not very good, there was product left over on the seats, product left on the windshield you could see from the outside, dog hair left under the head rests like they just wiped around the head rests and product left on the rear view mirror. Oil “seep” marked yellow but was actually a leak not a “seep” the oil pan and oil filter housing have multiple drips coming off of them, ac didn’t work which we mentioned but they “couldn’t figure it out” for an hour and a half, had it diagnosed as an ac compressor in under a minute after leaving but they wouldn’t guarantee they would take care of it even thought the tech missed it. An exhaust leak was also missed on the inspection which was later found as well as a blind spot monitor issue they never mentioned but they had the blind spot monitor turned off so it didn’t show a fault. Our sales guy Justin was very nice and did what he could but the sales manager was not good.

Went in for an oil change and they found that some mice had built some nests in a couple of areas. They works so hard to get the nests taken out and the smell. When I got it back it was like a brand new car. I would recommend, if you need service, take it to Rairdons. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked, expecting they would need to be replaced. I worked with Alia and she made the experience great! She was very welcoming and I appreciated her attention to detail. We added a couple of extra items, along with replacing the brakes. Took my son’s 2012 GTI in for the P2015 code and some misfires. The honesty and transparency they provided and repair was outstanding. Did not know there was a warranty on the car due to purchasing it from a smaller dealership. They could have had me break the bank, but because of there attention to detail on the warranty turned around and saved me thousands. Alia was awesome to work with.
I saw a VW Bug which I loved back in the day. Found out that they brought them back and electric. I went to Rairdons and was met with Ron Leviton who introduced me to Ellie Jones. My son and I took it for a test drive and I fell in love. I had a Sienna which I wanted to get a certain amount for. I told Ron what I wanted and without even seeing it he said "yes". I came in the next day and purchased my new VW ID BUZZ. Ellie took a bunch of time to show me what everything was in that car - she was patient showing me things I did not even know the car had. I could not have asked for a more professional yet patient and caring person. Car sales people have a "certain reputation" and I have run into those sales people in the past. This was a 5+ experience. I would recommend Rairdon's VW and I would absolutely suggest that you get Ellie to help you out. She is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and unlike when I have purchased other vehicles in the past, she took the time to show me all that it did. No pressure - no car sales xx, She is AWESOME
Very disappointing: dealer team presented a 'good' inspection report, but later, when I had the vehicle inspected by a competent, long-time trusted mechanic who found $6K+ of repairs to be done - a fair portion of the front suspension showing wear and metal fatigue, needing many parts replaced. Then, well worn brakes and other issues on top of that. So many issues easily found in about 60 minutes by someone knowing what to look for. I don't know where the potential failures actually were, whether in the honesty of the sales management/team, or the competence of the dealer's inspection, but the bottom line for me is a fail.
Oil change was quick, easy and completed ahead of estimated time. Casey, the service manager was friendly and thorough in his job
