Quick check in, friendly shuttle home. Got car back sooner than expected, clean and washed.
The detail was not very good, there was product left over on the seats, product left on the windshield you could see from the outside, dog hair left under the head rests like they just wiped around the head rests and product left on the rear view mirror. Oil “seep” marked yellow but was actually a leak not a “seep” the oil pan and oil filter housing have multiple drips coming off of them, ac didn’t work which we mentioned but they “couldn’t figure it out” for an hour and a half, had it diagnosed as an ac ... Dear Volkswagen Service Team, Thank you for taking the time to address and resolve my recent issue. I appreciate your efforts in correcting the situation and working with me to make things right. I wanted to acknowledge the resolution and thank you for your assistance and follow-through.
Quick and speedy service, free coffee and knowledgeable staff. What more could you ask for
Customer for 15 years. Service very good. Aaron was very helpful everything was explained. Job was done on time. Customer service outstanding.
Went in for an oil change and they found that some mice had built some nests in a couple of areas. They works so hard to get the nests taken out and the smell. When I got it back it was like a brand new car. I would recommend, if you need service, take it to Rairdons. They go above and beyond for their customers.
Smooth and excellent service is much appreciated And little to no down time on repair
I brought my car in to have the brakes checked, expecting they would need to be replaced. I worked with Alia and she made the experience great! She was very welcoming and I appreciated her attention to detail. We added a couple of extra items, along with replacing the brakes. Alia was very accommodating and she provided updates as the service work progressed to completion. Thank you for a great experience! John Hamilton
Dealer waiting area was clean, staff courteous and knowledgeable, Overall experience was good. Would recommend this dealer.
Took my son’s 2012 GTI in for the P2015 code and some misfires. The honesty and transparency they provided and repair was outstanding. Did not know there was a warranty on the car due to purchasing it from a smaller dealership. They could have had me break the bank, but because of there attention to detail on the warranty turned around and saved me thousands. Alia was awesome to work with.
I saw a VW Bug which I loved back in the day. Found out that they brought them back and electric. I went to Rairdons and was met with Ron Leviton who introduced me to Ellie Jones. My son and I took it for a test drive and I fell in love. I had a Sienna which I wanted to get a certain amount for. I told Ron what I wanted and without even seeing it he said "yes". I came in the next day and purchased my new VW ID BUZZ. Ellie took a bunch of time ... Read More

Very disappointing: dealer team presented a 'good' inspection report, but later, when I had the vehicle inspected by a competent, long-time trusted mechanic who found $6K+ of repairs to be done - a fair portion of the front suspension showing wear and metal fatigue, needing many parts replaced. Then, well worn brakes and other issues on top of that. So many issues easily found in about 60 minutes by someone knowing what to look for.
I don't know where the potential failures actually were, whether in the honesty of the sales management/team, or the competence of the dealer's ... Read More

Oil change was quick, easy and completed ahead of estimated time. Casey, the service manager was friendly and thorough in his job
Always excellent to work with, explains everything in great detail. Alia was awesome, very informative and listened to my concerns. I brought them my Touareg TDI, and they correct the issue it was having. The dealership is always a bit expensive, but they do everything the right way which is more important to me than cost.
Great sales team at Rairdons VW. Jackson made the process easy and enjoyable. I love my new Taos. The color is a gorgeous pale blue/gray and the turbo is a blast to drive. I recommend VW of Everett to anyone looking for a new vehicle without the hassle. Very nice, down to earth staff makes the process so smooth.
Kuddos to Casey. Ever since I got my VW Atlas he’s the one who always assist me and explain to me everything about my car . Thank you Casey!
I've never had an issue with service here. Always willing to handle my issues large or small.
Mario made sure they were able to finish my transmission repair in a timely manner.
Brittney was able to get me in and written up In a timely manner with no appointment, and reviewed the report in detail. Overall a pleasant service experience!
They went far beyond expectations on service on our mishap with our gas tank door. They kept us informed on their progress regularly and were very kind and pleasant to work with throughout the whole process
Worst of the worst dealership ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save you and or your family the headache and look somewhere else. I bought a car 5 months ago from them 21,000 and it's currently not working parked outside with a transmission issue it won't even switch gears!!! Sheesh why me !?! My first leased car and this is what they did to me and my family. Will reach out to attorney soon to see what my other options are
Car was seen quickly, all costs and work presented clearly. I didn't go with all recommendations, which was not a problem. I still received paperwork with all suggested work.
Casey and Curtis were knowledgeable and very helpful. We enjoyed working with them. Great service, nice people
I appreciated the customer service and the services advisor there. They are on my go to dealership.
Great service today. Got right in no wait. Job completed correctly and in no time!
Good customer service provided. Great communication via call and text. Acknowledged wait time. Service done in estimated time.
Wonderful customer service from beginning to end! Everyone was professional and helpful. Ill be back!
Excellent service and fast delivery 👏 👌 👍 I love my new Chevy camaro ss thank you very much 👍.
Bought the vehicle under Pignataro and had good service from them. They changed hands to Rairdon a few months back. Had some customer service issues that I discussed with the new GM/Owner. No real follow up or resolution. Had the 40K service e done there as well. Thought I needed an oil change so I called but no availability. Called another dealer and was in and out in under 45 min. Noticed the sticker had 5k and 6mo to the next change. I called Rairdon and apparently the sticker in the car had told me 3K or 3mo so I ... Read More

Service techs were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to provide top flight service. My reduced rating is based on making an appointment several weeks prior to service, dropping off the car as scheduled and subsequently learning the part had not yet been delivered. Poor logistical planning on someone’s part?
Nick, service advisor did excellent job creating valuable Trusting relationships . Changes at Dealership very visual and encouraging
Something has changed since the last time I had service done here. The place looks dirty and customer service has gone way down. Even though I was told I would be called when my car was done, I was never contacted and they went home for the night. The next day was a holiday and no one was there to help me. I left two voicemails and still no one called me. I don’t know what has changed but it’s definitely not a good change. Customer service has gone way down.
The dealership does care about their customers and provide great service to their customers afterwards.
Alex, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind, and patient! He answered all of my questions and concerns.
Aaron was friendly and efficient. Pignataro/Rairdon has always provided great service. Customers would be more apt to complete the survey if it did not require a minimum 15 word response
They are great there! They found me a loaner and fixed my beetle right up. Very nice employees. Especially Erik!
Nick in service is the man, great communication, always willing to help, thanks Nick. Multiple reasons I'm willing to travel to take my vehicles to him.
I've been a Pignataro customer for 16 years. Great service on my Rabbit. Very friendly and I don't feel like I'm being lied to as a female customer. I am, however, not happy with the new surcharge on credit card transactions now that they are Reardon. I'm sorry, but if the small businesses I frequent in my community don't charge a surcharge, why is a multi-million dollar car dealership doing it? Seems like a cash grab. Due to this, I will not be buying another VW for my next car and I will always use my ... Read More

Professional and kept their word. Details of the work were explained well. Great area available to get work accomplished while waiting.
Great purchasing experience for my GTI. Everyone was respectful and provided all the information related to the process.
Abby sell me a car with a tire that’s leaking and she lies to me, telling it’s just a low pressure due to weather! Now i have to spent hundreds to fix it
No pressure, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. I went in to the dealer to find a replacement car for one that was wrecked by a negligent driver. I had in mind just what I wanted. After discussing that with the salesman he pointed me to a car that was less expensive, had more features, and fewer miles. The paperwork portion was easy and faster than I expected without any of the high pressure add ons I've gotten from other dealers. Minor issues with the car were fixed while I was onsite or the next day. I recommend this dealership ... Read More

I went in today for Xpress Service oil change at 12:30PM (2 and 1/2 hours before they close). I wait for 20 minutes for service guy Joey Espinoza to chat with other customer. After he was done talking and then he asked me what can he do for me (even though there is another guy already asked me and wrote down the information). I told him that I need oil change. Then he looked at the paper and watch and said that he had 3 oil changes in order right now and there is "only 2 hours" left before the store is closed ... Read More

This was our first time leasing a vehicle, and the terms were explained carefully, the team were hospitable, and thoughtful in guiding us in understanding leasing. I appreciated that they respected the fact that we were shopping around for the best deal for ourselves, yet respectfully tried to win our business by trying to meet the competitors’ offers.
Start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Great selection. The staff stayed well past closing time to get the job done. Everyone was clearly interested in selling us a car but they did not pressure us at all. We drove off with exactly the car we were looking for - we highly recommend Pignataro. Volkswagen.
Was in a car accident and was told my car was fixed. It was not but I had it towed to Pignataro and they fixed it right away with great customer service. Thanks Nick in service you are the best.
I brought our Jetta to Pignataro directly from another repair shop that had the car for three weeks and could not find the problem. Pignataro's service department found the problem in a couple hours at a very reasonable cost. Well done.
I was anxious about my car getting fixed after finally deciding to go with the emission fix and not buy a new car. I have a VW Jetta TDI- it's running well now and no longer is thencheck engine light on; pignataro did a great job meeting my needs and getting the job Done. I was given a 2015 Passat for a loaner which was a really smooth ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Glad i chose to stick with Volkswagen.
Pignataro is by far one of the most amazing dealerships from sales (Erick is the guy!!), to finance (always go with Kathleen) to service and detail - Justin and Stefan are outstanding!!!!! If you want a fuel efficient car, that is super fun to drive at a great price with top notch service....... go to Pignataro. I visited for service but was also buying a second car!
I have always used Pignataro VW in Everett and always have found their staff to be efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The work carried out has always been first rate.
I really like Pignataro VW. They are both professional and nice folks, which is hard for any company. I like both their service staff and the sales .folks, and I have never admitted liking a car salesman before. Pignataro have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. I recommend them to anyone!
Nothing is ever perfect especially with dealerships. But overall Pignataro VW has done very well. The price is a little high but with my Costco membership I get an additional savings. The service department staff seems to do the right thing and gets the job done right.
After quoting a price for replacing an O2 sensor in a 2012 VW CC Jeremy went to work to try and see if the sensor was covered by a warranty, originally thought and informed it wasn't but he spent some time and effort and with my vehicle being a California emission vehicle it has a coverage of 15-100000 and includes the sensor. Thank you for going the extra mile Bryan
On Wednesday, I test drove a Honda Accord. The salesperson, Anthony, was very nice. Upon returning to the dealership, I was offerd the vehicle to test drive for the day. Then the manager came out and asked for a $500 deposit to test drive the car to work and back. Reluctantly, I gave him two debit account cards (in otherwords, paid cash) from which he immediately WITHDREW $500. I returned the vehicle late afternoon on that same Wednesday and the manager took my two debit cards, saying he was going to credit them the $250 each while I went to look at cars ... Read More

I walked into Pignataro VW dealership just to look at the new Passat. My salesman was Jeff. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He let me take a car for a test drive and answered all my questions about the car and it's bells and whistles. He made me a very good offer for the car and I bought the car. I love a dealer who is no pressure! I took the car back a few days later to have an accessory put on and everyone was so nice and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. I ... horrible service dept, wayyyy overpriced, plus they take long time to figure anything out. i have more problems once they are done working on it then before i took it in. plus they sent me bogus bills. cant wait to get rid of my vw. stay away from this place
I purchased my 2005 2.5L Jetta just under 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems. 11 times within the first 6 months of purchase (all ranging from minor to major including all the cylinders needing replaced). Again at 55K miles (Serpentine Belt) and then again at 90K miles (Electrical) and now at 104k miles (Needs new Transmission and more!). The words from my mechanic (really shows how honest he is cause every mechanic is looking to make a buck or two off of repairs) "I don't recommend repairing it, there are more problems then just the transmission and it is ... We brought our beloved '05 Jetta in for an oil change and ended up leaving with a brand new 2012 Jetta that we love. Eric in Service was our first contact and he was awesome. He answered ALL of my questions over the phone and built up the rapport I required to make the next step to bring our car in for the first time. Raj was FANTASTIC and set us at ease. RUN, do not walk away from this place! While everyone is aware of slimy car dealer horror stories, Pignataro comes out on top. We got the typical bait and switch. We had an email confirming exactly what we wanted and what we would be given for our trade-in (The trade-in had been approved on an earlier visit). We show up and they are unwilling to honor their own quote. On top of that the sales guy Raj throws a big scene about how we went behind his back. We were contacted by their own internet guy asking if we would ... Read More

My 2000 VW Golf died while driving down the interstate so I towed it to Pignataro. I explained that I thought the car died due to a bad catalytic converter. The Check Engine Light had been flashing just before the car died (only flashes for a bad catalytic converter). They ran their diagnostics at told me that the car had died due to a spark plug that had broken, not the catalytic converter. The service employee again stated that fixing the spark plugs would fix the problem, so I could take the car to my normal service center. I paid over $250 ... Read More

Dishonest, say anything to make a sale, still using old sales tactics to force you to buy, sleazy, slick, over bearing sales staff! Putting $2000 above sticker as NW Adjustment - this is just a way to get more money out of you. Just go to Carter VW they told me without even asking they make $1300 at the sticker price which I respected the honesty - that amount is fair given the overhead and the man's commission. No Haggle - No hassle!
Steve Allman has been the used car manager for Pignataro Volkswagen for a number of years now, and has an unrivaled understanding of the people that come in to look to buy a car, and also an unprecidented understanding of the talents of his sales-staff. Mitch Pak, the new car manager is just as talented at understanding what buyers are looking for. My family has purchased 4 cars from them, and their staff, and other friends of ours have purchased 3 cars from them, for everybody in the family with the legal right to drive. The thing I appreciate most whenever I ... Read More

Jack Pennington is the friendliest, most accomodating service manager I have ever met. In an effort to provide a level of service that turns customers into loyal customers he emphasizes to his departments' employees what it takes to make a "customer," a "loyal customer." In a word...integrity. He and his department take full responsibility for what they do. If it is fixed right the first time, no one ever hears about it, but if it isn't fixed right the first time...EVERYBODY HEARS ABOUT IT, but in a way that is non-threatening, and it ... Read More
